  1. First, open the Damaged transactions.
  2. Change the dates to 20 years after.
  3. Choose Save and Close.
  4. Next, try re-opening the damaged transaction.
  5. Now, change the date back to the original date.
  6. At last, click on Save and Close options.

Transaction out of balance

  1. Firstly, open Damaged transactions.
  2. Add any item.
  3. Then, click on Save and Close.
  4. Reopen the damaged transaction.
  5. Remove the item which you added in the 2nd step.
  6. Lastly, end the process. Click Save and Close.

Item history damaged

  1. First, move to the damaged item history.
  2. Find the damaged transaction.
  3. Next, visit the First blank item line.
  4. In the description column, type Three periods.
  5. Save the changes.
  6. End this by clicking on Save and Close option.
