Persona 5
Persona 5 is on this list of hard games for a few different reasons, even though it’s not one of the hardest games in the Persona series. Firstly, it is much harder than the ridiculously easy Persona 5 Royal. Secondly, there are some parts of the main Persona 5 game that make it harder to finish than others.
Runtime, which for Persona 5 is about 97 hours on average, is one of the most important ones. This means that casual gamers won’t be able to finish it in the shortest amount of time, but once they learn how to fight, it will be much easier to do.Side characters like Futaba are very helpful in battle, and most enemies and bosses aren’t too hard to beat compared to those in earlier games in the series.
Persona 4 Golden
The extra version of one of the most popular Persona games ever was called Persona 4 Golden. The strange thing is that Golden not only added new content and made many changes to the original Persona 4, but they also made some things easy instead of harder.
There are a lot of new textures and platform changes in Golden, but there isn’t much that isn’t the same as the original game. The game is longer because of story additions like a bad finish and new events that happen during the school year, but fighting is much easier than in the original.
Persona 3 Portable
Most Persona games have been made in more than one form. The third one, in particular, is about to be remade in yet another version of the story. It wasn’t until Persona 3 that the series mixed the social life and dungeon-crawler features that they now do all the time in their games.
Portable was easier than Persona 3, in part because it was the first game in the series to offer different levels of challenge. Some of the changes in this version were just for looks; for example, the player could change the gender of the main character and do other things. It was mostly the same level of challenge as other versions of Persona 3, but there were a few small changes that made it much easier.
Persona 4
The original Persona 4 is one of the most popular games in the series’ history, but it was a bit harder than the remade version of this game, which is called Persona 4 Golden. When it came out, this version of the game was the last one for the PlayStation 2.
The Golden remake didn’t make major changes to Persona 4, and the only thing that did was add more characters and plots. However, the original was harder because the controls weren’t as well figured out as they would be in the later reboot.
Persona 3
The first version of Persona 3 was one of the hardest games in the series. People who play Persona games are used to the main character going on adventures with a group of friends through different areas. The biggest problem was that the group of friends wasn’t fully worked out yet, which would cause problems later on.
This made it so that Wordle Unlimited players always had trouble in dungeons because their party would leave them as they tried to keep going. People who were trying to get into the new style of the series had a hard time with Persona 3 because it had higher contact rates than later games and some parts of the early game were especially hard.
Persona 2: Eternal Punishment
After Persona 2, there was an early entry in the series that hadn’t yet made a name for itself separate from the brand it came from. Despite this, many people in the Persona community still remember Eternal Punishment, mostly because of how hard it was.
The main problems were that there were way too many enemies in the dungeons compared to later games in the series, and it was also a lot harder to negotiate than it would be in later games. There’s no question that Persona 2: Eternal Punishment was one of the hardest and most frustrating games in the series. It was an early version of the fighting and social features that later Persona games are known for.
