You can fix printing and scanning errors with the help of the “HP Print and Scan Doctor” app. You can download the app from the HP Printer Support webpage. After downloading, install the application on your PC and follow these steps to fix the error.
- Open the app and tap “Start.”
- Then, select your printer from the list.
- Click either “Fix Printing” or “Fix Scanning,” depending on the issue, and wait for the results.
